Dreher, Paul

For five generations, the Dreher family have been engraving gemstones, Paul Dreher belonged to the third one. He apprenticed for the gemstone engraving profession at his father Hermann’s workshop.

Paul managed to gain extraordinary expertise and quality in crafting his animal sculptures based on his own ideas and design. Two of his articles were included in the famous book about Fabergé published in London in 1962 as fully corresponding to this brand’s design.
