    The figurine is dressed in the National clothes of South-Russian peasants. The man is holding yellow golden pipe, the front of his shirt and the collar are formed of an insert enamel decoration to suggest embroidery. His trousers are carved from lapis lazuli, the belt-sash from red jasper, the boots are from carved black jasper. The shirt is carved of translucent milky white chalcedony, the face and the arms are of tan colored chalcedony, the speckled jasper cloak covers the shoulders.
