    Marks on the end of one side of the blade: the firm's mark – "О. КУРЛЮКОВЪ"; the artel's mark – "31А"; the "triple" hallmark of the Moscow District Assay Office of 1908–1917 – a woman's head in a kokoshnik turned to the right, with the fineness number "84" and the district code letter represented by the Greek letter "delta"; the verification mark of the Moscow District Assay Office of 1908–1917 for small component parts.

    The paper knife is made of silver, flat, with wide blade featuring rounded end and trapezoidal handle with beveled corners. The perimeter of the handle is accentuated by contour; on the end, on both sides, there is large circular rosette made of scrolls executed in the Neo-Russian style.
