On the bottom external surface: "О. КУРЛЮКОВЪ"; triple mark of the Moscow District Assay Office of the 1908-1917 period – female head in kokoshnik facing right, with the fineness number "84"; the district Greek letter code "delta" (δ)
Silver box, gilded inside, featuring a hinged lid with the shaped thumbpiece stop. The side walls of the box are smooth and undecorated. The lid external surface is decorated in the Neo-Russian style: on the left, a relief image of a curved stem forming a shaped frame, with five fancy flowers branching from it against matted background; on the right, a vignette consisting of rectangle with three pendants and horseshoe at the bottom.
The remaining free space on the lid is filled with a later engraved presentation inscription in Cyrillic and date
