Marks on the bottom: the firm's mark – "О. КУРЛЮКОВЪ"; the factory's mark – "МС"; the "triple" hallmark of the Moscow District Assay Office of 1899–1908 – a woman's head in a kokoshnik turned to the left, with the fineness number "84" and the initials of the district assay master Ivan Lebedkin – "ИЛ".
The creamer is made of gilded silver, pear-shaped, with a spout and a smooth geometric handle, on a smooth ring base. The body is decorated with two oval medallions featuring niello images of the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin and the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. Beneath the handle, there is a small circular medallion with a rosette. The space between the medallions is filled with a stylized niello floral ornament on a chased (granulated) background.
