On the bottom external surface: maker’s mark – “О.КУРЛЮКОВЪ”; triple mark of the Moscow District Assay Office –female head facing right in kokoshnik with the silver fineness mark "84" and the district Greek letter "delta". On the foot external surfac: maker’s mark – “О.К”; mark of the Moscow District Assay Office (1908-1917)
Round silver vase set on the moulded collar base. The vase body vase is decorated with two-row band of carved (raised relief) heart-shaped ornament formed by stylized lily motifs set against matted background. Centered on the body is a Round medallion featuring the Cyrillic inscription: «Отъ Андреевскаго торгово-промышленнаго Товарищества 1910 г.»
