The miniature is framed by a horseshoe-shaped raised border featuring an ornament of floral and spiral scrolls, circles, and triangular inserts with the textured surface that imitates hammering. A band of floral and geometric ornamentation runs along the rim. A similar horseshoe-shaped raised ornamental border is positioned beneath the handle. The side surfaces of the handle are decorated with separate depictions of geometric shapes.
