Set upon a smooth, rectangular sealing-wax-colored jasper plinth with rounded corners, with molded edge, white veins, and four silver feet, is a silver sculptural composition depicting a female figure in the Russian dress and kokoshnik, wearing a three-row necklace around her neck, seated on the stylized rock adorned at the front with the oval vignette bordered by flowers. Inside the vignette is the engraved presentation inscription: "To the Partnership of the Egoryevsk Cotton-Spinning Factory of the A. and G. Khludov Brothers".

The stylized rock, tapering outward toward the bottom, transitions into the tall, smooth, trapezoidal undulating base imitating smooth stone. The engraved signature in Cyrillic is on the base rear side.
