    Music snuffbox in gold case in the form of a purse with a hinged lid and a curved onlay and chasing that imitates stitching. Engine-turned with leaf and crosslet motifs on wavy ground, framed with engraved foliate borders are on the case and lid surfaces. A hexagonal floral cartouche is on the shaped onlay . A music movement, covered with a plate with engraved ornament in the form of acanthus leaves is under the lid to the left, a compartment for tobacco is to the right. The lid inner side and tobacco compartment are polished, with hallmarks on the panels and welt. Music movement activation lever, an aperture for a spring winding, and a sticker are on the ribbed left lateral panel. A miniature musical movement consists of a spring motor, a programe cylinder with pins and a steel sound comb. A later English key with a swivel grip, a neck in the form of a shield with inscriptions on both sides and a steel rod with a square cross section aperture.
