Вох in silver case, the  lateral sides are decorated with the ornaments comprised of musical instruments and branches with flowers and leaves. A medallion with a portrait of King Louis XVI, surrounded by chased vegetal and floral patterns is on the hinged upper lid. A clock, an automaton from gilded metal with frivolous hunting scene and a knob for switching the movement on are fixed on the polished silver layer under the lid. White enamel clock dial is decorated with black Roman numerals. The hallmarks, keyhole for the clock hands' transfer, an aperture for winding the movement and four screws' heads are on the bottom side. The key is in the form of a ring with two bars and a square cross-section aperture.
