The enamel image of small State Emblem of the Russian Empire - two-headed eagle beneath three crowns with ribbon of the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle with flaunting ends, with sceptre and orb in its claws is placed on the upper lid guilloche background. The case lid is covered with the guilloche ornament. The engraved inscription in Cyrillic is on the movement lid. White enamel dial, the symbols on the watch scale are black, hours' and minutes' hands are gold, the hands of the small seconds' dial are of blued steel. Two scales are on the watch dial: the minutes' one, which is divided into 60 graduations by Arabic numerals, hours' scale is divided into 12 graduations by Roman numerals and small seconds' dial with Arabic numerals.
