    Paper music roll 28.58 cm wide is reeled on the spool with American standard plastic flanges (with guiding grooves for fixing in the drive mechanism – spool box). The roll leader with triangular cut is pasted over with grey-colored leatherette with ring. Artistic vignette with the label indicating the catalog number, title of the musical piece, the names of the composer and performer, and stamp with authorization and the pianist autograph is on the cut field surface. The piano roll features perforation: the encoded sequence of control actions on the musical instrument for playing the tune - Polonaise in B-Flat, op.71, No.2 by the Polish piano player and composer Frédéric François Chopin (22.02.1810-17.10.1849), created in 1828 and published posthumously by Julian Fontana, performed by Ignaz Friedman (13.02.1882-26.01.1948) - the Polish pianist, composer and music educationalist. Tempo indication is on the perforation area. Piano music roll is stored in parallelepiped-shaped cardboard box comprised of a bottom and a cover, pasted over with a gray binding material. The label is on the cover flat end, similar to the label on the piano music roll.
