Organ in rectangular wooden case on pedestal with corner feet. Black varnished pedestal facade is decorated with carved goldish colour image of a flower vase, fancy winged dragons and curls with leaves. The panel with carved goldish ornament in black frame on blue background is above.
Nineteen metal piccolo pipes with black cover plugs are mounted on ornately shaped support. Seventeen trumpet pipes with brass horns of L-shaped shape against the background of red fabric are behind them. Two blue-and-goldish wooden twisted columns with Ionic capitals are on the sides. Carved goldish company name in thin frame is on the frieze: "Cocchi Bachigalupo & Graffigna Berlin N.". Black varnished profiled cornice is above. Two blue-golden vases are above them. The case rear and lateral sides and pedestal are finished with varnished walnut veneer. Cast curly handles for carrying are fixed on the lower part of both sides. Knife and bolt mechanism of the pinned barrel is on the left side. Located above crank raises and lowers the key frame in the working position. Five round metal knobs of the sliders and removable barrel lid are on the right side. The rear side is stepped, the upper part is covered with red fabric, and the bottom part is covered by wooden panel fixed with screws.
Paper sticker with the name and address of the manufacturer, images of two medals and the illegible handwritten list of tunes in German are on the lid inner side above the step. Pinned barrel is with eight tunes and key frame with fifty keys, according to the number of basic tones.
With the key frame raised, the barrel can be moved along the axis and set to one of eight fixed positions according to the selected melody. When the iron flywheel rotates, the shaft rotates as well; the bellows are driven and inject air into the chamber with valves distributing the compressed air between the pipes. The pins and bridges on the barrel raise the keys that open the valves of the respective pipes.
Twisted columns on the facade and vases rotate as well.
