Organ in wooden case, on a pedestal with feet, with brass figured onlays on the lateral ribs, with marquetry technique ornament, with two hinged lids and hook locks. The image of musical instruments surrounded by foliate ornament in marquetry technique is on the pedestal front side. Two brass medals’ prints with the profiles of composers Franz Liszt and Richard Wagner are above in a triple frame. Golden colour inscription is between them: "G. Bacigalupo", "BERLIN. N"; "79 Schönhauser Allee 79". Ten piccolo wooden pipes with brown cover plugs on beige background are on the façade upper part. The staples, through which wide brown strap for carrying is dragged, are on the lateral sides. A removable pinned barrel lid with an axis aperture is on the right side, a crank in the form of an anchor that raises and lowers the key frame into the working position is on the left side top, pinned barrel knife and bolt mechanism is below. Two lids with hook locks are on the top panel. Set of wooden flue pipes is visible under the front lid. Branded blank with an image of the fair organ on the left, the medals’ imprints on the right, the name and the manufacturer's address in the center, the typewritten list of tunes in German is on the rear lid inner side surface. Two license marks are to the right of the blank. Pinned barrel for eight tunes and key frame with number "5775" and nineteen keys, according to the number of basic tones are under the rear lid. With the key frame raised, the barrel can be set in one of eight positions according to the selected melody. Metal crank with wooden handle is on the rear side.

When the handle is rotated, the worm gear rotates the shaft, and the crank mechanism activates the working bellows, which pump air into the windlass with valves. Pins and brackets on the barrel raise the reading levers that open the valves of the respective pipes; the air from the wind chest enters the pipes and makes them sound.

The organ is mounted on a brown trolley with wooden handle, spring shock absorbers and wooden wheels with rubber rims. Music media: pinned barrel.
