Standing upon velvet covered wooden platform is a bisque-headed girl costumed as Pulcinella, having brown glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted lower lashes, feathered brows, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, carton torso and legs, wire upper arms, bisque forearms. She stands behind wooden framed drum that is perched on metal drum stand and is decorated with silk ribbons.
When activated, the girl clangs a cymbal, beats the drum, turns her head from side to side and upward, and music plays. Musical movement with one-tune cylinder and sound comb.
