The full-length sculptural figure of a young ballerina is located on a high, rectangular, stepped onyx base. The dancer is depicted in shoes and a dress with a V-neck and a multi-layered, bell-shaped skirt below the knees. The ballerina stands on en pointe (on her toes), with her arms raised above her head, forming a semi-circular contour. Her hair is divided by a straight parting and symmetrically styled into buns on the sides. The figure is executed in bronze, while the head is made of ivory.
