Gilded bronze "miracle" lamp for two candles, with adjustable tripartite shade, with three panels, one depicting a soldier with his horse, the other a hunting scene, the third with figures in a ruin against architectural landscape, within a leaf cast border, above two scrolled cast candle arms, on circular base cast with foliage and guilloche enclosing flower heads. The shade is fixed on rectangular rod topped with stylized pinecone. Movable round nozzle is on the rod beneath the shade. Two curved arms with acanthus leaves and flower rosettes are attached to it. Cylindrical candle cup with bent edge are decorated with wide holly flower frieze. The nozzle is fixed on the rod by ornately shaped tip screw.
