Singing bird box in silver rectangular case on four curly legs. A polished field, framed by a relief ornament of laurel leaves is on the top panel. An oval aperture is in the center. It is covered with a folding convex quadrangular lid with rounded corners and a painted enamel canonical image of the Virgin Mary with a child. The lid inner side is smooth. An ornament with lion heads and military attributes: spears, shields, helmets, quivers is on the box lateral sides. A retractable bar for the movement activation is on top of the right lateral panel. An aperture for the bird's movement winding, three screw heads and hallmarks are on the bottom panel. When the movement is switched on, the oval lid opens; a miniature bird in the painted feathers of blue, red, green, and yellow colours appears. It turns, flaps its wings, opens and closes the beak. The sound mechanism imitates bird's chirping. At the end of the program, the bird is hidden in the groove in the openwork-silvery lattice and the lid is closed.
