Mechanical pocket watch in round open face case with two lids, polished rear lid, rim, pendant and ring. Painted enamel polychrome clock field in bezel with the engraved pattern and enamel image of a music salon, with two winding holes – for winding the watch and the musical movement, is under the spherical glass cover. The automaton elements – the shape of a movable baton in the hand of a music teacher, the movable hands of a woman playing a harpsichord and multicolour gold jumping dog are on the surface. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals for hours’ designation, minutes’ divisions on the external ring, and two blue-finished steel hands with golden color tips is in the upper part. The lever for activating the automaton and the music movement is on the rim. The watch movement is with verge escapement, openwork engraved balance support, quarter repeater and spring motor with a fusee. The musical movement with pinned cylinder, sound comb and spring drive activated every hour or as desired. Two keys are in the set.
