Pocket watch with verge escapement, quarter repeater and automaton in round gold open case. The case rim is cross-over corrugated. The automaton, white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals, minute graduations and thin black "Breguet apple" hands are under the spherical glass lid with the polished rotating bezel on the hinge. The automaton is presented as two Jacquemars - figures of a man and a woman in antique clothes with hammers, standing on the both sides of the dial and beating into silver bells hanging among golden leaves and branches. Figures and surrounding flowers, leaves, birds are made of multicolor gold. The automaton is activated by pressing the pendant rod. A sliding lever on the case rim serves to activate the repeater. The rear lid is hinged; the inner thin convex lid with a keyhole is under it. The rear lid external surface is decorated with guilloche arc lines.
