Long-case clock in vertical mahogany veneered wooden case, mounted on the pedestal with the protruding base, profiled moulding and opening door on two ornately shaped hinges with the lock and key. Opening door with rectangular and round glazed windows, ornated with carved foliage ornament on the corners. Glazed rectangular windows are on the upper part of the lateral sides.
Clockwork with the compensation pendulum, two balance weight engines with blocks, with round golden color polished dial, with bulging rim and casted pattern. Roman numerals hour graduation; Arabic numerals minutes graduation (every fifth one), two figured and one straight seconds hands, additional dial with a hand that indicates dates, half-hour chime on a single string, lever escapement, eight-days winding and key with inscriptions. Two apertures for winding the clock and the chime, the inscription: “YAKOV LAVROV / MOSCOW” are on the dial.
