Organ in wooden case, on a pedestal with ornately shaped feet with brass onlays on lateral ribs, veneered with mahogany and varnished. Black ornament of flowers and leaves in marquetry technique is on the pedestal front side. Nineteen wooden piccolo pipes with cover plugs are in the upper part of the façade. The framed inscription: Cocchi, Bacigalupo & Graffigna", "BERLIN", "78 Schönhauser Allee 78", "HARMONIPAN", two brass medals’ prints from exhibitions of 1883 and 1885 and two coat of arms with the inscription "V.R.S & B" are below. Belt straps and metal carrying handles are on the lateral sides, pinned barrel removable lid with an aperture for the axis is on the right lateral side, a crank in the form of an anchor that raises and lowers the key frame with the keys in the working position is on the left side top part. Barrel knife and bolt mechanism is below. Two lids with hook locks are on the top panel, levers with sticks are visible under the front lid. Promotional leaflet of the organs "HARMONIPANS" with the medals’ obverse and reverse imprints from the exhibition of 1885 and a blank with a hand-written list of tunes are on the rear lid inner surface.
Pinned barrel with eight tunes and a key frame with thirty-three keys, according to the number of basic tones are under the lid. With the key frame raised, the barrel can be set in one of eight positions according to the selected melody. Metal crank with a wooden handle is on the rear side. When the crank is rotated, the worm gear rotates the shaft, and the crank gear activates the working bellows, which pump air into the wind chest with valves. The pins and bridges on the barrel raise the keys that open the valves of the respective pipes; the air from the wind chest enters pipes and makes them sound. The organ is mounted on brown trolley with a box, wooden handle, shock absorbers and wooden wheels with metal rim. Music media: pinned barrel.
