The phonograph is mounted within a rectangular wooden case featuring a narrow, profiled baseboard and cornice. A cast-metal chassis of the phonograph mechanism is installed inside the case. The case is constructed of mahogany and lacquered. A spring-driven motor, wound by a key, is mounted on the underside of the chassis. The keyhole is located on the case right side.
