Jukebox control unit for selecting one or more of 104 tunes is mounted on the chassis in cast chrome-plated metal case, with an aperture for the lock and a coin selector slot on the left lateral side. The front side of the unit is covered with protective casing of irregular shape with semicircular glass window with the sticker and instruction in English on the horizontal platform inside the case. Removable cassette with pages and cards with the names of performers and tunes, coin selection mechanism and the electromechanical part of the unit are mounted on the chassis.

The coin selector slot with red key illuminated by two bulbs, and slot with three levers - to flip through the pages with cards are on the protruding top part of the case. Thirteen plastic red colour buttons are on both sides of the window. Two apertures for wall mounting are the rear side top, output of two cables in fabric braid, two wires in each is below. The cables are designed to connect the selection unit to the jukebox "WURLITZER 2104".

To playback the tune one has to set the page with the selected card, to insert 10 or 25 cents coin, press the red key, then it will light up, and then press the button opposite the selected tune while the light is on. Information about the selected tune will be transmitted via cables to the jukebox, where the selection mechanism pushes the record out of the tray stack; the turntable shaft brings the selected record to the tonearm, the needle descends onto the record and the melody sounds.
