The electromechanical automaton is enclosed within a case finished in matte teal paint. The glazed front door is secured with two small locks located on the right wall. The lower section of the acrylic panel is covered by a painted sheet of cardboard featuring the inscription “Distributeur de billets” inside a goldish vignette. When the power is turned on, the figure comes to life: a young woman dressed in a man's suit turns her head and taps on the glass with her left hand. The finger of her right hand catches a single card and pushes it forward through a slot in the glass.
