    Silver egg with the hinged upper part, covered with translucent yellow enamel over guilloche, in golden setting. The finial and snap shutter are adorned with rubies cabochons in golden settings. The stem is in the shape of two stylized silver rams’ heads resting on ruby plate in the form of lozenge in golden setting; on round rock crystal base in golden rim. A pin in the shape of a ram’s head is of rough diamond, weights 21.12 carats with golden horns and eyes from black diamonds in golden setting is inside the egg on the on rough ruby base, on the pedestal from onyx ornamented with gold.
