Golden egg with the hinged upper part, covered with green translucent enamel over guilloche background, finial in the shape of a water lily with silver sitting on it fly, with the wings covered with yellow enamel, diamond is on the fly’s body center. The clasp is performed as the similar fly. The stem in the form of intertwined halms, is decorated with two water lilies from gold and yellow enamel with leaves of green enamel over guilloche; four silver frogs are sitting around. Rock crystal base is decorated with 35 sapphires-cabochons and gold onlay with 4 emeralds-cabochons. Golden frog in the crown is inside the egg. The frog’s back is embellished with 66 tsavorites, eyes are from sapphires-cabochons.
