An oval-shaped gold snuffbox with a hinged lid. The body and the lid are decorated with large and small shaped medallions containing polychrome enamel images. The large medallions feature flowers in a basket or a vase (on the lid and base) and bouquets; small medallions feature enamel paintings imitating dendritic moss agate. The remaining surface of the snuffbox is decorated with a trellis pattern with rosettes inside each cell and C-scrolls forming frames.
