Silver gilded inside rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, comprised of two equal halves, is connected by hinge with snap shutter. The top lid is decorated with rectangular painted enamel miniature with the image winter “Troika” (three-horse sleigh), with coachman and two passengers sitting in the sleigh. The upper lid edge is decorated with blue and white chessboard pattern realized in the champlevé enamel technique. The same pattern is on the bottom lid with round enamel medallion with engraved monogram inside. Silver button is in the snap shutter.
The cigarette case is realized in the "Russian style".
