Silver gilded inside rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, comprised of two equal halves, connected by hinge, with snap shutter. The top lid is decorated with polychrome image of lilies of the valley bouquet realized in champlevé enamel technique. The bottom lid is smooth and décor free. Silver button is in the snap shutter. Enamels colour scheme is based on the combination of white, green and yellow colours and their tints. The cigarette case is enclosed in the authentic red leather-covered case of the Khlebnikov factory.
