Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides and corners, in the shape of a “folder” and housed in leather slip-cover with wavy edge. The cigarette case surface is covered with transparent blue enamel over guilloché background. “Rose-cut” diamond insert adorns the cigarette case upper lid. The inscription: "LINNEA BAYER HELSINKI FINLAND" is on the inner surface of one of the lids.
