Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides, hinged lid with thumb ramp. The cigarette case surface is covered with transparent opal enamel over guilloche background. The hinged lid thumb ramp is adorned with crescent-shaped stripe with small size “rose”-cut diamonds.
