Silver rectangular cigarette case with bevelled sides, comprised of two equal halves, connected with a hinge with gold snap shutter. Th cigarette case top lid corrugated surface was later supplemented with onlay featuring the image of a double-headed eagle. The snap shutter button is adorned with sapphire-cabochon in smooth bezel setting.
