Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with a hinged lid and thumb ramp. The hinged lid is decorated with onlay image of a two-headed eagle beneath the crown. The thumb ramp is an oval dark blue cabochon in smooth bezel setting. The cigarette case is enclosed in the authentic box of I.E. Morozov Trading House.
