Golden rectangular cigarette case, with sloping sides and corners, with a hinged lid and a thumb ramp. The cigarette case surface is decorated with narrow horizontal stripes and three wider ones in the center. The thumb ramp on the hinged lid is ornated with sapphire-cabochon.
