Gold rectangular cigarette case, with a hinged lid and a thumb ramp. The cigarette case smooth surface is decorated with a geometric ornament: an enamel oval medallion, located in the center of a multiply repeating rectangular frame ( the hinged lid) and simple rectangular frames that emphasize the shape of the cigarette case (bottom and lateral sides). An insert of small rose cut diamonds range adorns the thumb ramp.
