Gold rectangular cigarette case with a hinged lid and a thumb ramp. The cigarette case smooth surface is decorated with thin, horizontally arranged strips of white enamel. The lateral sides are emphasised by laurel leaves ornament. The thumb ramp is decorated with an insert of small rose cut diamonds range.
