Pendant brooch made of white metal, openwork, decorated with a pear cut Burma (Mogok) ruby in the framing of round cut diamonds in the center and three big rose cut diamonds which form a triangle, Greek twirl ornament with round cut diamonds and a diamond bow knot with ribbons under the ruby, golden pin on the rear side. Yellow gold chain is attached. Placed in the authentic wooden box lined with velvet, with the Khlebnikov firm mark.
