Table ornament executed in the Art Nouveau style. The composition features a sculptural figure of an eagle with outspread wings, carved from a solid block of pink corundum, with cast silver talons. The bird is perched upon a stylized silver branch that crowns a conical, upward-tapering base. The base is decorated with applied raised leaves and rests on three stable feet designed as curved floral elements.
