Cylindrical silver mud gilded inside, adorned with the sculptural image of a griffin. The mug upper slightly lipped edge is decorated with the strip of forge-rolled foliage ornament. The smooth surface is adorned with onlay embossed image featuring two bacchantes, one of which holds fruit and a tambourine, the other one holds a bowl. The figures are enframed by arch-shaped shells, flowers, leaves and plant shoots. The mud décor is made in the Empire style.
