Cone-shaped crystal vase with the expanding eck - “bud” with scalloped edge, faceted with multi-beam stars, notches and "brilliant cut", decorated with silver handles and onlay stripe with curly edges in the Neoclassical style. The stripe is decorated with forge-rolled vignettes,  garlands, bows, ribbons and curls. Two ornately shaped handles are decorated with palmettas, rosettes, pearl-shaped beads, stylized acanthus leaves are on the stripe.
