Spherical crystal decanter made of colourless crystal and decorated with intricate cutting in the form of multi-rayed starburst rosettes. The item features silver mounts with interior gilding, including a collar with pouring spout, a hinged lid with finial, and an elegant shaped handle. The lower edge of the smooth, ring-shaped neck mount is decorated with the chased fluted frieze intertwined with acanthus leaves. The hinged lid is equipped with a dynamic scroll-shaped thumbpiece (stop). The high, curved handle is executed in a strict, smooth style and is completely free of decoration.
