Gold-applied mark on the bottom of the vase within a Cross of Lorraine surrounded by a thistle branch: “VERRERIE D’ART DE LORRAINE/BS & C°/ dèposè”
Multi-layered glass vase featuring pronounced widening in lower part of the body, smoothly transitioning into narrow vertical neck. Body of the piece is decorated with expressive relief ornament in the form of blooming orchid, with its graceful stems and closed buds wrapping around the neck and base of the vase.
