    Gold-applied mark on the bottom of the vase within a Cross of Lorraine surrounded by a thistle branch: “VERRERIE D’ART /B DE LORRAINE S & C°/ dèposè”

    Baluster-shaped multi-layered glass vase featuring smoothly expanding body, noticeably tapering downwards and transitioning into short narrow stem on circular base. Neck is short, cylindrical, with wide flared rim decorated with vertical notches. Surface of the body is adorned with expressive relief ornament in the form of large stylized flowers, buds, and twisting stems of anemones with leaves, highlighted with golden accents.
