Engraved in gold letters mark on the4 bottom: "Daum ‡ Nancy" with the Cross of Lorraine
The baluster-shaped vase features a slightly thickened ring-like neck, rounded sides, and rests on a molded cylindrical base. The body of the vase is decorated with the image of grape clusters with leaves and winding tendrils, and a volumetric sculptural snail is attached to a "leaf" on the left side of the vase.
