Golden fob is in the form of oval case containing a miniature musical movement with handle. Side surface is adorned with corrugation. Case bottom surface is closed by polished flat lid, fixed with two screws. The movement activating lever is on the case lateral side surface. A handle consisting of two identical embossed parts in the form of closed volutes connected at the top is attached to smooth convex upper side. Lattices of thin corrugated arcs are inside volutes. Snake with heads on both sides of twisted body is above the volutes. The handle is attached to the case surface by miniature convex supports. A rod with ring-shaped suspension at the end passes through the handle, serving to wind the musical movement. Suspension is in the form of three thin soldered rings. Miniature spring-driven musical movement is comprised of pinned cylinder and a stack of eight tuned slats.
