Miniature musical movement is mounted in silver partly vermeil case, in the form of a basket with high lid, crowned with flowerpot with expanding corrugated suspension ring at the top. The lid is decorated with oblique corrugation and twisted leaves at the top. Chevron corrugation is on the side surface. Oval gem - seal, in the shape of a woman profile, is fixed on the smooth bottom side. The engraved gem (intaglio) is cut from dark stone. The movement activating lever is on the wide lateral side, winding hole is on the narrow side.
