Box with two singing birds in a cage in metal gilt rectangular case, on a protruding pedestal, on four round legs with protective stickers of soft fabric. The side panels and pedestal are decorated with elements of various shapes with engraved ornamentation in golden frames over black enamel field. A retractable box for small items with a Bordeaux cardboard bottom and a button is on the pedestal front side. A cage with external and internal rings with a bird in bright plumage is on the top panel, engraved with floral ornament. An oval aperture, closed with a lid with engraved ornament in the shape of sitting on a branch bird against the background of divergent sunrays is in the top panel center. Activating lever is on the right side panel. When the movement is turned on, a lid opens; a miniature bird in brightly colored feathers turns in the ring, flaps its wings, opens and closes the beak. The sound movement imitates bird’s chirping. The winging is carried out when the box is extended.
