Music snuffbox in gold case of rectangular shape with rounded corners, with chased ornamentation and a hinged lid. A guilloched field in a chased frame with ornamentation of leaves and fruits on the repousse surface is on the lid. A relief rectangle with two triangles on the sides in polished frames with polished elements bounded by three arcs and surrounded by ornament in the form of flowers, brushes and garlands is in the center. The lid inner side and tobacco compartment are mirror-polished with master's marks. All fixing screw heads are made of blued steel, the side panels are guilloched. There is a button for switching on the tunes on the right side panel. The music movement on/off button is on the rear panel. The bottom panel is decorated with guilloched field in a frame of leaves and fruits. An aperture for a spring winding is in it. The music movement for two tunes consists of a spring motor, a program cylinder with teeth and a steel sound comb. Key with a ring-shaped grip with a small swivel ring and a cylindrical rod with a square cross section aperture.
