    Mechanical pocket watch in round gold case decorated with cloisonné, with a lid and a decorated hub with a ring. The case bears an inscription in a rectangular frame on a turquoise field “GAGE.D'AMITIE" ("A gift of friendship"). On the right and left of the inscription, in the frames on a black field are ornaments of interweaving floral shoots and ribbons. The case’s lid, edged with small pearls, is decorated with a painted enamel miniature showing an Alpine landscape with village houses and a windmill chiseled in gold. Winding the watch sets the windmill’s sails in motion.

    White enamel dial; the numerals on the dial are black (hours) and gold-coloured (minutes); and the Breguet hands are in gold. The dial has two scales: minutes' - divided into 60 intervals, and hours' - divided into 12 units with Breguet Arabic numerals. The dial has a winding hole. The bezel is edged with small pearls.

    The movement with a balance wheel, and verge escapement, powered by a spring with fusee.
